I have forgotten my password

Follow the forgotten password link on the homepage, using the e:mail you initially registered with.  If you added your mobile number to your profile you will have the option of receiving an e:mail or SMS message with a link or code to be able to reset your password.  Please contact Johnson & Johnson Customer Services Support if you’re still experiencing difficulties.  Contact details: 0808 238 9783, ukpharmagen@its.jnj.com

 

The password was reset using my email address but I did not receive any email.

Please check your spam folder.  Sometimes it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. I used the password reset link and entered my email address but the system says that the email address is invalid.

I get an error message saying "User already exists with same username" and I can't register.
