I have registered my account as an Owner or Manager but the system still says pending approval.

I have registered my account as a Pharmacist but the system says pending approval

You should contact your pharmacy manager/owner to approve your registration.  They will need to login and then navigate to the My Account > My People area to see any outstanding staff approvals which require thier action.

 

How do I change my username [email address]?

I have forgotten my password

I used the password reset link and entered my email address but the system says that the email address is invalid.

I get an error message saying "User already existis with same username" and I can't register.
