The PHARMAGENIUS™ site does not appear correctly on my browser.

This website only supports Google Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 9.0 and above.

On my mobile device, I cannot access a learning course.

Check the browser version and enable pop ups for this website on browser.  

Check the make and version of the device.  

You may need to temporarily use a Desktop device.

On my tablet device the learning opens in another window and I cannot navigate back

On my mobile or tablet I cannot add an attachment in the Ask Your Question section

The upload field is not available for mobile devices. However you can create a ticket on the mobile device and then upload a file when back on your PC.
